Tabatha Coffey is back in business; the family business!
The 48-year-old Australian reality star, who rose to fame on the 2007 Bravo series Shear Genius and its 2008 spin-off Tabatha Takes Over, is returning to the network that brought her fame with the new series Relative Success with Tabatha — and PEOPLE’s got the exclusive first look at its trailer.
Whereas Coffey (a hairstylist and salon owner by trade) had previously helped struggling salons and other local businesses on her previous television outing, this time she’ll be taking her no-nonsense style and her decades of entrepreneurial expertise to help family-run companies struggling to make it on their own.
Working with family can be tough, of course, especially because all business becomes personal. But for Coffey, she’s ready for the challenge. In the trailer alone, she can be seen butting heads with owners as she pushes them to face their buried resentments and timeworn grudges and move past their destructive differences in just three weeks.
“You all have your f—ing head up your a—es,” she tells one family. “None of this is helping the business.”

“Why do you not know what your business is bringing in?” she asks another owner, later telling another, “You have to market your business. It isn’t the ’80s anymore.”
Aside from the quick quips, bold advice and intense arguments that follow, Coffey promises real change. “When you have to work with your relatives, it can be a bloody mess,” she says. “But in the end, family matters.”
Relative Success with Tabatha premieres Jan. 17 at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo.
