As we reported, the Younger star went on an epic rant against her apartment mate because he allegedly smokes “cigarettes and weed all night long.”
On the contrary, the “asshole neighbor” says he does NOT smoke marijuana, and lives with a sober companion.
According to The Blast on Thursday, the Lizzie McGuire actress had some of her content removed for “violating [Instagram’s] policies.”
The mother apparently defied IG Terms of Service rule #6 which deals with bullying, defaming, and harassing:
“You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person’s credit card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public phone numbers or non-public email addresses.”
In the videos, Duff shared Dieter’s name and Insta account.
Addison says he’s been getting “a lot of hate mail and threats,” and may file a restraining order against Duff and her boyfriend Matthew Koma, who he accused of attacking him. (Duff and Koma deny the allegations.)
To make matters worse, Duff’s social media infraction could potentially be used against her if Dieter takes her to court.
Love thy neighbor? Not in this case!
